Fulfilling an Order

Fulfilling an Order Fulfilling an order alerts our system and the customer when the purchase of a product has been processed. Order fulfillment only takes place if you are set-up for manual fulfillment. If you are set-up for automatic fulfillment, you do not need to perform this process. Order fulfillments take place within U.commerce and consist of a few easy steps. Please watch the training video on the right side of your screen. Processing a Refund

TouchNet software and CU Marketplace allow for you to offer refunds to your customers at any time. Refunds can be any dollar amount up to final selling price and must be placed back on the original form of payment. Please watch the training video on the right side of your screen.

Running a Product Report

A product report is one of the two real-time reports that can be accessed at your convenience. This gives you access to all information that the customer has entered and allows you to dig deeper into the sale of each individual product. Running a Totals Report

Your Marketplace totals report gives you access to the total dollar amount your store has generated over a set period of time. This report should be referenced with the PeopleSoft Query when conducting monthly reconciliations. Please watch the training video on the right side of your screen.

Running The Marketplace PeopleSoft Query

The PeopleSoft Query shows you the amount of funds that have been processed by your store. It also shows your Journal ID and all of your account information. This query should be partnered with the Totals Report when reconciling sales. Please watch the training video on the right side of your screen.
